Aged Skin
As we grow older, the outer layer of skin, known as the epidermis, undergoes thinning, and the quantity of pigment-containing cells diminishes. This process contributes to the appearance of aging skin, which tends to look thinner and paler. Pigmented spots, such as age spots or "liver spots," might emerge in areas exposed to the sun. Concurrently, alterations in connective tissue lead to a reduction in the skin's strength and elasticity. At the Beauty Digger clinic, we offer a variety of treatments designed to address the effects of aging on the skin.
